Return and refund policy

Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.

For purchases covered by Israeli distance-selling rules, eligible orders can generally be cancelled from the date of purchase until 14 days after receiving the artwork or the required written transaction information, whichever is later. Longer cancellation periods apply where required by law.

To cancel an order or report a problem, contact me using any of these methods:

Please include your name and order number, if available, so I can identify your order. These instructions do not limit any other cancellation method available under applicable law.

Returning an artwork

No cancellation fee is charged for an eligible cancellation.

For a change-of-mind cancellation, you are responsible for returning the artwork to the business and for the return delivery cost, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Please pack the artwork carefully to protect it in transit. Contact me for return coordination and packing guidance. Prior approval is not required to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

If the artwork is defective, does not match the order or the information provided, is not delivered by the agreed date, or another qualifying breach occurs, return arrangements and costs will be handled as required by applicable law.

Refunds will be made within the timeframe required by applicable law. Under the applicable Israeli distance-selling rules, this is within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. Any delivery charges that must be refunded under applicable law will also be refunded.

Shipping damage

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as you notice the damage. Photos of the artwork and packaging help me assess what happened and arrange the appropriate solution. Please keep the packaging where possible. These requests do not reduce your statutory rights or impose a 48-hour deadline for exercising them.

Limited editions and commissioned work

A limited edition, signature, numbering or hand embellishment does not by itself make an order non-returnable.

Genuinely personalised or specially commissioned work may be subject to a legal exception to change-of-mind cancellation rights. Any applicable exception will be assessed for the specific order and disclosed before purchase. Rights relating to defects, non-conformity or other qualifying breaches remain in effect.

A replacement may not be available for a one-of-a-kind original. The appropriate remedy will be handled under applicable law.

International customers

Mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase remain in effect. This includes any applicable cooling-off right and refund requirements. Please contact me about the return arrangements for your destination.
