Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases from the Mori Hallelujah online store. They do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Artwork and editions
Please refer to the individual product page for the artwork's dimensions, materials, finish, edition details and whether a frame is included. Each print is numbered, hand-signed, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and a personal handwritten thank-you letter. Photographs and screen settings can affect the appearance of colours. This does not limit your rights if an artwork does not match its description.
Prices and orders
Prices are displayed in Israeli shekels unless another currency is shown. Applicable delivery charges and the checkout total are shown before payment. Future price changes do not change the price of an order already placed.
If an artwork is unavailable, a listing contains a material error, or there is a payment or suspected fraud issue affecting an order, I will contact you about the problem and the available next steps. Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Shipping and cancellations
Please review the Shipping policy and Returns and cancellations policy before purchasing. Framed originals require delivery coordination before ordering. Any cancellation exception for genuinely personalised or specially commissioned work will be disclosed for that order before purchase.
Copyright
Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce the artwork or use it commercially. Your rights in the physical artwork remain unaffected. Please contact me about licensing requests.
Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by Israeli law, without excluding mandatory protections that apply to consumers in their country of residence. Updated terms apply to future purchases and do not remove rights relating to an existing order.
